feces diagnosis

I've been trying to tell and show Doctors that I believe I have parasites, mold, fungus or bacteria since 2009. Whatever is inside of me is not normal and shouldn't be there. I am Bipolar Type II and see my psychiatrist every 6 weeks along with taking 200 mg zoloft and 15 mg zyprexa daily and all the doctors tell me is that my bipolar medication should be increased because it's all in my head even though I have over 1000 photos of the things coming out of me. They or it are in my eyes, ears, urine, stool, hair, mouth, nails, skin, etc. Symptoms: fatigue, swollen lymph nodes in neck, brain fog, occasional seizures, short and long term memory loss, inflammation of feet, hands and wrists, muscle and joint pain mostly in lower back, feet, wrists, hands, shoulders and neck, lost 40 lbs over 4 years, Arthritis in hands, thickened cuticles and nails, receding gums too many cavities. Uploaded a few photos to folder named Stools and I hope someone is able to identify these "freeloaders" so I can get a restful nights sleep just knowing what it is I'm trying to battle.
