Ooooops

....whelp, I messed that up!! Attempted my first flush tonight, took a pretty big dose of vit c today, drank the Epsom Salts , and I'm in serious pain, bowels are bloated, cramps, extreme anxiety, tinnitus, burning neck, light headed, pounding heart...I feel awful! I going to skip the flush, too much too fast...I'm more toxic than I thought...should I be going to the hospital or will this pass?? Tweet
