I don't know the answers to any of your questions. However, want to note I find your post VERY exciting and I hope you do publish the results of your tests as soon as they are complete.
I wish you the best and I hope this will give great promise to many people. Please publish even if the tests are less than expected, for it will give more info for others and will open the door for more experimentation.
