Candida and iodine
With iodine, you can look at it from a couple of perspectives - deficiency due to a lack of iodine in the diet or due to an inability to absorb iodine effectively, or both.
A lack of iodine in the diet should be easy enough to correct by either eating foods high in iodine or taking supplements.
An inability to absorb it effectively can be due to low levels of HCL in the stomach. That entails correcting HCL deficiency by correcting fungal candida, bacterial flora imbalances, immune system dysregulation, etc., and/or by taking HCL supplements. If you feel full for hours after eating a meal of steak and veggies, you probably have low HCL levels. I would do the Plan first to help correct this foundational imbalance.
Some people take large amounts of iodine to treat the deficiency, but this may be missing the HCL component. Taking large amounts of iodine may add to bacterial flora imbalances, as iodine affects bacteria. This may show initial benefits that then reverse later on. There's still more that needs to be figured out in this area.
We've seen cystic breast conditions reversed. Taking Immunocal can practically eliminate worries around breast cancer, especially when balancing the bacterial flora and immune system function in the body.
