Bartholin Gland Abscess incision never healed?

Hello. I had a Bartholin gland abscess about a month ago. I went to my gyno and he made an incision to drain the fluid/puss. It's been a month since the word catheter fell out and my vagina has still not healed. The swelling and pain is gone, but the incision never closed up! I have been "leaking" fluid and some blood from the incision since the doctor made it. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if it is serious? Also, I've accidentally released gas through it multiple times. (You know how it is, holding in a toot to avoid embarrassment in a public place). My incision releases the gas though and it's quite annoying. Also, four times, there has been blood in my bowel movement. Not sure if this is related to my abscess or not.

Has anyone else gone through this?

Should I be concerned with anything?
