I just returned from the doctor, and the tests I ordered previously for H. Pylori were positive.
The doctor was quite taken away by my ability to make an accurate diagnosis without any proof other than symptoms, but I rationalized the criteria and information I had collected prior to request.
The way I surmise the pathology is this: The E. Histolytica scours the upper bowel and strips it of colonizing bacteria. This allows exposed epithelial cells to be susceptible H. Pylori (and probably some other strains of bacteria). These microbes invade topically, and infect. This increases population of these types of bacteria which can now spread to wider areas causing ulceration.
The body counters; and you have a distinct symptomology.
My solution is to increase probiotics and re-coat bowel lining with beneficial colonizing bacteria, thus reducing infection without Antibiotics .
