Hello, my name is Matt. I am a 27 year old male in Virginia. I have had debilitating brain fog for about 4 months now. I have poor memory, I can't read books or instructions anymore because my mind can't grasp what I'm trying toread. I get to the end of a sentence and forget what the beginning of the sentence was about. I also have random high heart rates that go past 110 resting, only since this started about 4 months ago. The brain fog is steady, it never lets up. I have tried multivitamins and vitamin b12 for the last two months, with no sign of improvement. Before I started the vitamins I had two blood panels done and all levels were normal. Stopped taking them about a week ago. Starting today I have had a bad equilibrium problem where I feel like I'm falling over whenever I walk, don't think it's vertigo because it doesn't feel like everything is moving. I have been to a cardiologist and was just cleared for any heart problems, he thinks its a neurological condition. I see a neurologist in a week, and am trying to gather questions to ask or things I should ask her to check. If anyone has any ideas or things to add to my list it would be greatly appreciated.
