Update: 5 months have passed and I am happy to report that I have not needed my asthma inhalers at all.
The 800mg a day of SSKI has been miracle for my asthma! I'm now making my own SSKI , about $20 for a quart. A quart will last for several years.

$250 for one little inhaler (Dulera) that lasts for 2 months or $20 for SSKI Iodine that will last for years. Which is best? I say SSKI is the winner. SSKI used to be the major medicine used for lung problems prior to WWII.
