Oculus Rift - myopia exercise

Hi everyone!

I have a slight myopia, but enough that I'd very much enjoy getting rid of it.

With the advent of VR in the form of the Oculus Rift, I'm interested in the possibilities relating to a cure for myopia, in the form of an exercise.

Right now, it's possible to watch a movie in 3D with the Oculus Rift, in such a way that it simulates a huge 3D screen in front of you (completely adjustable), and the player that I use is capable of adjusting the convergence. With that in mind, it's possible to watch an entire movie with a convergence that would exercise our eyes to whatever degree we see fit.

Considering myopia, should I increase or decrease convergence to make it a positive stress? I'm rather confused in this regard.
