This was interesting to me since I never drank beer and
it felt good for my stomach and gallbladder (I have a stone). Now if I had read the article first I would have thought it is a placebo effect. I just thought it was strange that I liked hoppy beer all the sudden.
My body must have been telling me I needed it. I have less need now so I must be more in balance.
It is the same with chocolate when you crave it a lot and you start supplementing magnesium, you loose the cravings for chocolate.
And it happens with a lot of food.
