Not constipated: You "go" every day?
If you tried a lot of diet and things, tell us what kind of food do you eat, what kind of diet did you try, and I suggest you to do a body cleansing, with a short fasting or a monodiet, and see if you have a lot of symptoms. The more you need cleansing, the more symptoms you will get, and the more ill you'll be. Try a week the monodiet, grapes, full grain rice, etc, hypoglycemia is normal the first 2 or 3 days, and tell us how you are doing.
