Is it ok to eat salad with a bit of olive oil before Liver Flush?

Is it ok to eat salad (with a bit of olive oil like in those salad bars at Whole Foods) before the liver flush?

Or is it no oil or fat at all before flush? I do not know if oil is the same as fat.
