Use this if iodine detox is too strong

To all people scared of iodine, I would like to share my experience.

Like most, I was scared of iodine. Mainly because of all the scares pushed on to us by doctors and government.

Still, I went ahead and got Lugols 2% and and iodoral 12.5 tablets. Unfortunately, I had strong detox symptoms. Everyone said to bump up to 100 mg, which made it worse even with Co supplements and salt pushing.

So I forgot about Iodine for a little while. And then then I found

betadine iodine.

Let me tell you this is the mildest form I have seen of iodine. It is time released Iodine which helps your body detox all the crap slowly. Lugols and iodoral overwhelm your body with toxins and you end up with Acne and other symptoms. For me it was also drowsiness [bromide is a known agent for causing drowsiness ], but pimples bothered me the most. Another advantage is betadine applied to hair gives it a gelled up look. I just mix it up with lotion and apply all over my body.

Hope you guys try it out if conventional Iodine is too harsh .
