wow, i had enamel problems too. my teeth were like chalk and now have 5 root canals :(

when i cut out gluten (plus grains + sugars + flours etc) i thought there was no link but when off it for 4 months or so my teeth felt smoother and sure enough they looked alot better and whiter too. I think for me there is also a relationship between ingesting nightshades (irish potatoes the worst) and gum health because i can eat sweet potatoes with no problems whatsoever but as soon as i try irish potatoes it seems like in a day or two time the pockets in my gums are much larger and i have trapped food particles in there. No gluten, grains, nightshades, sugars, flours, and legumes and my teeth and gums are quite nice.

Also vitamin K2 helps but is a little expensive. Tweet
