I remember reading somewhere that people using this "AO" product could do away with regular deodorants, and even shower less frequently. As someone who's been plagued by unusual BO for a number of years, I'm not doing that. Instead, I'm using the spray on my scalp, underarms, and feet right after showering in the morning. I spray my scalp after blow-drying my hair, since I think the bacteria are killed by heat.

On a weekend day, I tried not using an underarm deodorant, just as an experiment. I did notice that at the end of the day, the smell was less strong (and definitely less acrid) than usual. Like many people, I can't seem to smell the unusually bad BO that I can tell other people smell, but I can detect smelly armpits!
