coffee enema alternative?

I have been doing coffee enemas for about a month and a half in efforts to expel stones and parasites, and they have been working amazingly. The only trouble is, i believe the caffeine is giving me adrenal fatigue, as I have had a HUGE decrease in morning erections and overall libido in the time when doing them. Is there another alternative that stimulates the bile ducts without maxing out my adrenals?
