What was your process for example how much urine did you drink throughout the day? Im trying to get rid of a virus. I have only been doing urine therapy two weeks but my virus only flares up about 5 times per year for a few days at a time but since starting urine therapy 16 days ago the virus has been constant and worse than ever.
