Best option to stop periods?

What is the best option for me to stop having periods? I took 3+years of Depo Provera shots and then mini pills called Errin but now my body is badly affected by these medications.. because now my bones are messed up (I can feel the weakness) and I have cysts in ovary.I was looking to have the endometrial ablation procedure but then I hear that it's not guranteed to completely stop menstruation... Then I thought about hysterectomy. I was hoping that I wouldn't need surgeries but is it the only way? Tweet
