I am so ready to do this cleanse but am worried about when to start. I would love to start tomorrow and have all I need to do so, BUT I am a coffee drinker and am somewhat worried about stopping cold turkey (although I imagine headaches would be a part of the deal anyway).
So, for those of you with experience with this particular issue:
Would it be wiser to taper off of coffee and start Monday or simply plunge in headfirst tomorrow?
