Re: Colon/Parasite cleanse necessary prior to Liver Flush (for mild acne)?
I too feel that doing 2-3
Liver Flushes a week is too much. My personal stance/instincts towards
Liver Flushing are that the stones need time to break down. So I take herbs such as Chanca Piedra, Gold Coin Grass as well as performing other protocols during the 3 weeks building up towards a liver flush. In my belief that the stones will be broken down enough such that the liver and gallbladder will be ready for a successful flush.
If a person flushes 2-3 times weekly I am sure they would get some stones out, but I don't believe that the flushing would be as effective/successful because the stones were not given a chance to break down.
But I could be wrong, as this man makes a few good points and his protocol seems to work for him. Without having tried his protocol I cannot say much about it. Though I do believe that since a
Liver Flush is such an amazingly healing event, people will be inclined to perform them on a greater frequently. Believing that more frequent is somehow going to increase the speed of healing.
I do plan on adding a couple things to my flush this coming weekend that he suggested, such as using flushing niacin to further dilate the biliary ducts and gallbladder. I already supplement with niacin and find tremendous health benefits from it, so I have nothing to lose using it during flush and see what happens.
One thing I have noticed in myself is that every 3-4 days I will feel the gallbladder push out a few stones on its own without having performed the liver/gallbladder flush. So perhaps this could suggest that flushes could be performed more frequently, since stones are likely breaking down quicker, and the liver/gallbladder is ready for a flush. Or it could mean that the liver/gallbladder is cleaning itself out on its own, suggesting the need to perform
Liver Flushes on a lesser frequency. I am not sure which direction to lean towards, so I will lean on the expertise of
Andreas Moritz and continue flushing every 3 weeks. Though I do intend to experiment in the future.
I am also happy you found my remark cute, and were not offended. Also please feel free to comment on what I have mentioned, as I am relatively new to
Liver Flushing but have found great healing in it.
