Yes, you can live eating vegetables, grains and seeds, fruits, and a very little bit of meat, like everybody else but you can't change a diet completely in a few days, it can take some time to remove your craving for junk food and industrial sugar. There are methods to eliminate them, for instance if you have a lot of Sugar cravings, eat very sweet fruits. Fasting is really good also to eliminate junk food craving, not at the beginning, but after few days, you body don't bother you anymore to get these fake food. Trust me, it works, but you need methods and patience. Do you have constipation? What are you eating? What is your odour like and where? what is your hygiene ritual?
