O/T some history

Trapper has been here for 10 years. When he started there was no Iodine forum. Most people started with general cleanses. You can read his history, or any person's, by
clicking on his name. Start on the 1st page and only read the health posts. You can do that by clicking on expand at the top of the page. It is easy to scan all posts and then just click on any post you want to read in full.
You will find with people, who have been on CZ a long time,
that they have tried different methods. Some work and some don't and they moved on.
Personally I have been on 15 different forums, because when I could not make progress anymore, the first time that happened was after 2 years on the Andreas Moritz forum, I searched other forums.
I have learned from every forum, of course you can't predict which one is going to work since we can't do a test to find out what we need.
The most important thing is never give up and put your problem in the search box and scan All forums, that will bring you to different protocols and you can choose which one to try. It is time consuming but worth it.
