HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO?Hairloss, zinc, white moon discoloring

Dry mouth and hairloss occurred at same time. Took zinc for two days, stopped drinking bottled water, took zinc and dryness mouth disappeared, but strangely enough white moon left hand finger nails started to turn pinkish. It did happen once before when I took zinc. Do I have too much zinc in my system? Is something else causing this reaction?
