Continuous Burping - Gallstones!!

Continuous burping gallstones!!

Hi, I'm not one for writing on forums but thought this might help someone. At the age of 49, I was doubled up with pain on the right side just under the ribs. I had a good idea it could be gallstones. I read up on the Internet about man who had written a book called 'Are you being stoned?' The procedure involved drinking a pint of olive oil and fresh lemon juice in measured shots, previous to this you had light meals for two days. I was totally amazed at the amount of stones that came out the following day, mostly dark green in colour some were light green. Two were very large approximately 30mm across.

I am now 63 years old and since then I have averaged two rinses a year but more with the Hulda Clark recipe which only involves 4oz of Virgin olive oil and 6oz of freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice. I played around with the recipe and found out the best way for me to take it. I preferred to split the 4oz Olive oil into two 2oz shots, the first 2oz shot of olive oil was followed by a large mouthful of grapefruit juice which I swilled round my mouth to alleviate the taste of oil which always made me feel sick. I followed this immediately with the second shot of oil and same again with the grapefruit juice. I am always left with approximately 2oz out of grapefruit juice which I leave as I never need the full 6oz. This procedure is done sitting on my bed so I can get in bed immediately after drinking the above. I then lie
on my right side and try to go to sleep in that position, not on my back as in the Hulda Clark Recipe I found this works much better for me - I find I get more stones out. Lying on your right side was the procedure in the book 'Are you been stoned?'

The only reason I'm writing about this now is because I missed doing the rinse for about 2 years as I couldn't be bothered, in this period for about six months I kept burping (this could last for ages). I also had an uneasy feeling under my ribs on the right side, you could say from time to time a slight pain this would sometimes go into my back. So back to the rinse, I was shocked at the amount of stones that came out. One was 40mm x 30mm and weighed 14 grams, I think this must have blocked one of my ducts. Now, all the burping has gone away. It took about five weeks for the uneasy feeling to go away on my side I put this down to probably the gallbladder being inflamed.

Over the years I have come to the conclusion that dairy products are my problem. I have always had an acidic system, but if I'm eating salads and fresh fruit and vegetables I never seem to get a lot of stones on my rinses. Its quite obvious that some people produce more stones than others. I hate typing and sending text messages, it takes me ages. I was always crap at English but I thought this was my duty if this can help someone, even one person with the same symptoms that would be good.

I will tell you exactly what I do on each rinse (it's a combination of both recipes) I always do mine on a weekend so I can rest. Saturday I eat light meals such as salads, soup, white fish etc. I won't eat beef as it can take some digesting. Sunday- no fat whatsoever (not even a drink of tea with milk in), all I eat on that day is half of a sweet Watermelon (I don't eat the seeds) or an average size honeydew melon and maybe (not always) a couple of apples if I feel hungry, also I drink plenty of water during the day. All fluids and food end at 3 PM, i don't eat or drink anything after this time. The recipe I use is 4 fluid ounce of virgin olive oil and six fluid ounce of pink grapefruit juice (two medium-size grapefruit should give you this amount of juice). You will also need 4 tablespoons of Epsom Salts . You mix this in 24 fluid ounce of water- this will give you four 6 fl oz shots. At 7 PM I drink my first 6 fl oz of Epsom Salts . At 9 PM I have my second 6fl oz of Epsom Salts . At 10-45 pm I prepare my olive oil and grapefruit juice I take this upstairs at the side of my bed. At 11 pm I drink the oil and grapefruit juice as explained above and get immediately into bed on on my right side. If I wake up during the night on my back or left side I return back to the right side position. At 7Am drink your third 6 fl oz of Epsom salts and get back into your bed, at 9 Am take your fourth and last 6 fl oz of Epsom salts. Thats it, the full procedure. In brief the idea is the Epsom salts totally cleans out all your stomach and widens the ducts for the stones to pass out, The idea with the olive oil is your gallbladder (with having no fat all day) has built-up pressure during the day and at 11 PM when you drink the oil, pressure from the gallbladder shoots out the stones. Before taking the olive oil at 11 PM your system should be empty you should have no solid stools it's just like water that comes from your backside (that's the Epsom salts doing its job) You may find that this procedure makes your system acidic, that's the reason I have Watermelon I found this helps considerably as Watermelon is alkaline.

I am no doctor, but this rinse out has helped me over the years and probably prevented me from going under the surgeons knife. To be safe, always get medical advice or consult your doctor before doing this procedure as I would not like to be held responsible for anybody's health and safety.
If this benefits one person all this bloody writing was worthwhile.

Thanks, Joe
