Please have patience. It has been a long struggle for many of us. Please continue to read on peoples experiences and experiment. I know it's hard and many times I have been so disheartened. It takes time for most of us. I wish I instantly knew the path to take but it's been trial and error all the way with zero help from my doctor. There are many sailing in the same boat as you. Hang in there!
