I'm getting better...

Hello everyone!

I have been suffering with this disease for a few years now. I have tried almost everything. Went to numerous doctors that said the problem is in my head. I went to a gastro who was the only one willing to help me. After a endoscopy he said I had acid reflux, some irritation in my esophagus and my esphinter(sp) wasn't closing all the way. He gave me some pills for the reflux which I took for several weeks, I still experienced bad odor coming out of my nose specially after eating. I went back to him, he gave some pills that empties the stomach of undigested food, those made me very sleepy and tired so I stopped them. He then say to keep taking the anti reflux pills but since they didn't help much I stopped them, too. I started a Colon Cleanse which I had done many before along with probiotics. I added betsine hci before meals and also wild Mexican yam. Since 2 weeks my odors seem to be less and less to the point where I cannot detect them. I can smell myself at all times and can tell when I smell or not. Something weird that I noticed is that on that time of the month, (I'm a female) my odors disappear completed. That's why I added the Mexican wild yam to help regulate my hormones but I had tests before where everything was normal. This two weeks have been the best I had felt in years. I don't follow a diet since I'm not allergic to anything according to tests I had done before. I do try to stay away from dairy, though. I also exercise at least 3 times a week. Hopefully, I get cured once and for all! I'll keep you guys posted. Don't give up!
