What you would not eat, don't put it on your skin!

There is one simple rule for all and any cosmetics:

"Don't put on your skin things you would not eat!"

Why?
Cause, sooner or later it is going to bite and eat you!

So what is left?

Plenty of things you would eat!

Honey, Coconut oil, olive oil, butter, rice oil, corn oil, nuts oil/butter, pork fat, sheep fat, beef fat, etc

Any edible natural fat, from plants, seeds, nuts or animals can be used, if fresh and natural.

If you consume more natural fat in your diet, and you drink more natural clean water, your body will make sure your skin is lubricated and moisturized naturally, as long as you are not eating things you are intolerant of.

Dry lips are the first sign of thirst, and also hunger for fat, or it is a sign of intolerance, allergy.
