is it possible that one requires either way more Iodine when doing more cardio ( instead of running 10-20 km/week now up to 50. km per week)
or that boob pain comes back?
i m on the Iodine protocol for about 13 months. my boob pain which i mainly head second half of my cycle was gone after about 6-8 months.
thats when i ve also reduced my dosage to 12,5-25 mg per day.
the last 2 months ive had a little boob pain again few days before my period.
now i ve been wondering if its to do with my increased cardio.
