Diet for dog with bladder stones

I would like to make a home made dog food for a small dog that had bladder stones, they were surgically removed. And, I also noticed, her tummy is distended, and she doesn't breath very well.

I'm thinking something maybe like:
*rice, spirulina, salmon
*quinoa, spinach, carrot, chicken
