Bumpy Pores

Will flushing my liver of stones get rid of the bumpy pores on my face? They are not just open pores, they are bumpy, I don't know how to describe it any other way. I don't know if there is stuff stuck in them or if that is just the texture of my face but it's not nice. Liver Flushing is supposed to get rid of all skin problems.

Also when I wear makeup, it makes it look so much worse :( I tried the oil cleansing method but it didn't work. I have kind of dry skin.
