I might add about the vitamin c. Be sure it contains the bioflavonoids also it cushions the stomach from the ascorbic acid, it buffers. It also helps the absorption of the c. It also strengthens the veins and capilaries. It helps gum disorders, bruising. It's also called vitamin p for permeability. Ester c is a gentle buffered type of c with bioflavonoids that I use.
