Interesting times indeed! :-) You're right about the internet being a BIG key to it all. Can you imagine the TOTAL outrage by everyone if the internet was taken away or restricted? All those zombies walking down the street with their faces glued to their iphones, and groups of people standing there texting each other instead of just talking to each other will be doing some head hunting. It will be open season on politicians then.
