I agree, i did 2 weeks and i noticed my sleep is to worse and iam jumpy and i have eye lid twitchs.

Not to mention, i felt the urges to eat, run, and a bit spacey and on edge
i did 4 mg only


i stopped the 4mg and iam on 2 mg(2drops) on morning only if i got good sleep otherwise i dont take it.
