Iodine unfortunately has not cured my candida over growth issues, but has kept it under some control.

What actually has "cured" me from all the candida overgrowth issues has been: fresh raw grass fed A2 bovine colostrum, straight from the source. I drank 1 gallon over a 24 hour period mixed in with raw milk. 10+ years of digestive issues gone also.

I will always and forever continue taking Iodine though. Tweet
