Cure for jock itch

I'm finally cured from jock itch. Not treated, but cured.

First of all, I'll let you know what what I tried and how it worked.

Braggs ACV - ok for a few days. Diluted 50 % with water works best. Undiluted sting a lot. Still doesn't work long term for me.

Borax - didn't use a lot but seemed to work.

Lamisil - works good but fungus returned a week after stopping. I used the cream

Other otc creams - same as Lamisil

lemon - same as ACV

and finally what worked for me

non fat plain Greek yogurt applied liberally liberally 1 to 2 times a day for 3 days after shower. I use a blow dryer before applying yogurt. Sometimes I mix it with with prebiotic acacia Senegal and that does the trick.
