Zinc advice O/T.

Hello team

What is the best/safest way go about correcting a zinc deficiency?

I have a new bottle of Optizinc pills (each pill contains): 25mg of Zinc and 300 mcg of copper.

I have been doing some reading and some sites even recommend as high as 100 - 150mg of zinc per day for several months to correct a deficiency.

Won't this upset the zinc/copper ratio?
