At Wits End...

I went to four doctors before I found one doctor who said he had patients complain of fecal/gas/etc Body Odor . When I asked him what caused it in those patients, he said stomach problems and that they got better once they figured what was wrong (but he didn't say the odor was eradicated).

Keep going to doctors until you find one who has had a case or two like you.
