Help - ascite (dropsy) with cancer

Hi All,
A woman friend of mine had Breast Cancer diagnosed 6 years ago but refused chemo and Tamoxifen.
She is now having ascite and her belly is like 9 mo. pregnant. The doctors say it's due to undetectable cancer cells in her peritoneum. Do any one here understand what they mean ?

The brave woman is still refusing any chemo and is looking to a natural remedy for the ascite situation. So I thought to advise her to take coffee enemas to help the liver deal with the toxins and perhaps milk thistle to strengthen it.

Do you good people here have other ideas that may help, or may be seeing any problem with the above?
