1. Oil pulling can be done during all cleanses except when fasting with water only. During fasting with water only you do not want to activate your digestive system with any food item in your mouth.

2. Yes, oil pulling is not consuming oil. So anything taken after oil pulling is considered on empty stomach.

3. Knowledge seeker has posted the link for Kidney Cleanse. I think you may be talking about Master Cleanse with Lemon juice and olive oil.

5. Salt with Iodine from the supermarkets should not even be taken anytime in your life, it is full of whiteners and anticoagulant chemicals. You should take Sea Salt instead which has more minerals than factory made salt. Follow Dr. Shultz's kidney flush suggested by knowledge seeker.
