First I want to thank you for taking the time to answer all of our questions. I'm having some issues with putting on weight while on the Lifeforce plan. I eat about 2-3 cups of brown rice a day and about 2 avocados but neither seem to be making much of an impact. What are some goods foods I can eat to put on weight? I'm currently a 6'0 male at 135. How many cups of brown rice and rice cakes can I eat a day on the plan before it becomes problematic?
Do you believe that doing some weight lifting/push ups would help to put back on muscle that I've lost doing the no carb diet? Or would these activities be too strenuous on the body and be detrimental to my healing. Thanks a lot.
