Waldenstroms Disautonomia autonomic disorder

Hi I am looking for anyone that can help me understand and put the pieces of my puzzle together. I am a 40 year old mother of 4. In July of 2011 I began suffering from light sensitivity, 3 days later lost my vision in my left eye. I was under the impression that I had had a heat stroke, eye doctor sent me for brain MRI with dye contrast to look for pituitary tumor. No tumor, began to have a seizure like spasticity within 24 hrs of MRI. Lost complete vision in both eyes the next day, then an array of other symptoms have progressed over the last 3 years. I have been diagnosed with MS, Conversion Disorder, RA, Waldenstroms Macroglobulanimia, Autoimmune disorder, Autonomic Disorder, Reynaud's syndrome, I have had over 40 doctors,400 blood tests, I have been hospitalized 10 times maybe more. My heart rate doesn't regulate anymore, nor my blood pressure, my fatigue is over whelming and so many more symptoms I have stopped keeping track because it became very depressing. My wife and I have recently become vegan and I love it! Sick or not I will never go back to meat/dairy. I have been into homeopathy and natural medicine my whole life, in fact I had never seen a doctor(but as a young child) till I became ill in 2011.If there is anyone willing to jump into this snake pit with me I would greatly appreciate it.
