So far my fast is going very well, thank you for asking. I am currently on day 5 of dry fasting (soft) and I am relieved that the detox phase went pretty smoothly.
I want to have a clear goal re: how long I continue fasting dry (soft), but I think I am going to listen to my body's cues and respond accordingly. 14 days dry is a very ambitious goal, and I need to be smart, so l am trying to be flexible. It is my hope to stick to the commitment I have made to continue for 30 days regardless of how long the dry fasting lasts.
I have been able to rest a lot which has also been great. I have a 6, 5 & 3 year old, so while they are in school I can rest. I am hoping that my sleeping patterns will regulate by the time this is all over, because they are a bit erratic.
Other than that, I don't have too much more to report. Thank you again for checking in with me, it's wonderful that this community is so supportive of each other.
