Seems pretty obvious what is going on here.  This has all been orchestrated so that the public will accept, no DEMAND, that people be put in mandatory quarantines.  This is all about getting the public to demand that more rights are taken away by the govt.  If they can get support for this, they will get support for almost anything, such as people coming into your house and taking you or your family away.  It is so blatantly obvious what a huge psyop this all is.  After seeing this video it became quite clear how much BS it all is:
