Could be pinworms. Try over the counter Reece's pinworm. Keep everything very clean (frequently wash all bedding and clothing in hot water, make her take showers before bed - not baths).

Could also be a yeast infection...

What did her pediatrician say? Might be best to start with a dr visit.
