Polycystic ovaries

How do I know if I have polycystic ovaries? I have endometriosis, and I have been through many doctors with many different opinions, all of them quack Western doctor idiots who prescribe hysterectomy and birth control, etc. I have been diagnosed as having endometriosis, but recently a new doctor who didn't seem to know much of anything about my history diagnosed me as having polycystic ovaries. How do I know if I have it or not? I thought I just had endometriosis.
