Tayto, bad periods usually = fiberoid tumors, endometriosis or adenomyosis. All equally miserable and all fed by estrogen! I had adenomyosis.. that's when the endometrial lining of your uterus grows into the muscle layer... so, when that lining sheds and you have your period, you also shed parts of the muscle layer too and sometimes it can look like raw meat and the pain is enough to make you suicidal. Even better reason to stay on iodine.. lots of documented proof it reverses all this stuff.
As long as there's no heavy bleeding, it will be ok.
I probably would've saved it and taken it to ob/gyn so they could send to pathology. I'm weird though... I have to know this stuff.
