Same for me when i tried it. Including orange specks/mucus ball. A practitioner told me its because wrong bacteria is metabolizing lactulose in the colon.
Mine appeared after two rounds of cipro.
I would not try it if you know/think yiu have yeast or bacterial overgrowth.
