Ozone newbie needs help/gamma ratings
The dose is made up of the volume being used and the concentration of the ozone.
So the volume is 1/2 bag which should tell you how much volume that is.
The gamma is the measure of concentration of ozone. For instance if you add 1 cup of
Sugar to a
quart of water is going to have less concentration than 3 cups of
Sugar to a
quart of water.
Same holds true in gamma. You could have a full bag that is
filled with 10 gamma or a 1/4 bag that is filled with 40 gamma. This is the same concentration of ozone.
Most generators have a variable dial so you can set the gamma. However gamma is also determined by the amount of pure oxygen flowing through it. The less oxygen, the greater the ozone concentration, so 1 lpm may produce 20 gamma while 1/8 could produce 60. You should check with the manufacturer and ask for an ozone output report.
As you know Crohn's is likely caused by some rogue pathogen hanging out in the gut, could very well be protozoa. Ozone is a great choice, if you run into trouble, let me know.
Best to exercise caution when using, that is use levels that are appropriate (don't overdose)
