Question

Hi Dr. Jeff,
I am 20 weeks pregnant. I finished the candida plan July 1st. I have been taking the candida force for maintenance ever since. Recently, my doctor has decided she wants me to take progesterone 250mcg once until I hit 36 weeks because I am high risk for preterm labor. Can I still take your candida force with the progesterone? It is made by a company named Allere. It has a small amount of castor oil in it. Other than that no preservatives or fillers.
Also what are your thoughts on the sauna now that I am in my second trimester? Thanks
