i want to cure my constipation i know betaine hcl wih pepsin could help me based on my research they say its a miracle drug for people who have low stomach acid that leads to indigestion, bloating and flatulence. i;m afraid to buy to online shops because i have only limited budget i dont want to be scammed. i think you can help because i dont know where to buy this food supplement here in the philippines it not available in drugstores like mercury drug / south star drug . i know we all feel the same about this problem. hope u can help
